Shader Sketchbook - Lava (April 2024)

I'm told that every shader artist should have a good "lava" material. Here's my take on one with flow map support, and natural looking movement. It could definitely stand to be a bit more performant, but as a quick lookdev exploration, I'm pretty happy with this. All textures made in Substance Designer, materials and rendering in Unreal Engine 5.2
